The R31 residence Aparthotelcomplex is a perfect place for guests who like comfortable, relax holiday. The units with more rooms are suitable for familyocassion, friend groups as well.
We can accommodate larger groups separately.
In the new built complex we offer 34 exclusive fullly equipped (big flat screen TV, kitchentools, refridgerator, air condition) modern and tastefully presented apartments, double rooms. For order in advance we assure children bed, children seat, or other tools.
Basically we offer self supply, but on request in the restaurant Onyx Garden we can offer Half board o buffet breakfast as well. We have built a new modern playground for children, for more comfort.
Our double rooms with 18qm with its unique architecture and design assure a real cosy atmosphere. The beds areto be used as double bed or twin bed.
The units are non smokers. Some of them have balcony where smoking is possible. The apartements with 36-42qm for 2-4 persons are equipped with open kitchen living room, large balcony, big walk-in shower, and a bedroom. In the bedroom a double bed, and in the living room we present a couch for 2 as sleeping possibilities.
In one or two units there are possibilities for extra bed, this can be ordered directly at the reception.
WIFI is free of charge, like one parking lot/ Units.
In the neighborhood several restaurants, cafes, shops Spa-and wellness bath, bowling, beauty salon, and the city center is only 5 minutes walking distance.
